DeLotto was selected as Construction Manager to construct this Fleischman Garcia Architects designed office building.
This project included completing the infrastructure for a new luxury office park in Lutz along with construction of a 5,671 square foot office building. A few of the many unique features of this facility includes stone veneer and stucco exterior, interior and exterior cast stone trims, stone veneer bell tower with bell, iron doors, cherry wall paneling, Venetian Plaster, entry courtyard with fountains and cast stone pavers, Gothic arched windows, groin vault ceilings, specialty dome ceiling, precast fireplace mantles, lighted fountains floating in pond, covered parking and back porch fire pit.
