DeLotto was selected as Design-Builder and partnered with RBK Architects to design and construct this facility.
This project consisted of a 4-story precast, 500 space Parking Garage to service the adjacent Sam Rampello Downtown Partnership School and the Hillsborough County Public School Administration Rosac Building. Facility incorporated a maintenance/security office and included lane and parking access control equipment.
