DeLotto was selected as Construction Manager and teamed with Twelfth Street Studio in the renovation of the existing dealership.
The former 11,300 square foot Mazda dealership was completely transformed by a total interior and exterior demolition of the structure, adding a new structural façade to the
exterior perimeter, constructing a new showroom, service writers and parts area and a Business Development Center on the second level of building to comply with the new Subaru Image Program.
