DeLotto served as Construction Manager for this Twelfth Street Studio designed dealership.
The scope of work for 17,500 square foot dealership, notable for its striking exterior design, included a new showroom and parts building and major renovation of the service center and administrative offices of the former Volkswagen dealership previously located on this parcel. DeLotto also constructed a Hummer Test Track adjacent to the facility that included a water pool and concrete hill designed to demonstrate the agility and ground clearance of the Hummer brand.
