DeLotto was selected as General Contractor to renovate the interior and exterior of the GTE Community Financial Center.
A challenging 3-Phase project transformed the 26,000 square foot, three-story office building through extensive interior improvements to the first floor, second-floor data center, major exterior facade treatments and restoration to attached parking garage. Site improvements included landscape and irrigation upgrades and parking lot modifications including two drive up ATM kiosks.
