DeLotto was selected to construct this wonderful addition to Tampa’s downtown core. Designed by Gould Evans, the facility continues to impact families across the Tampa Bay region.
The 52,297-square-foot, three-story facility features 20,000 square feet of exhibits, a 3,400 square foot traveling exhibit hall, a 3,600 square foot education center, meeting spaces with an open terrace, a full service commercial catering kitchen, cafe and a commissioned, glass mosaic adorning the south elevation. The Museum focuses on children from birth to 10 years and offers exhibit and programming environments focusing on freedom of exploration.
