DeLotto was selected as Construction Manager to complete a multi-phased dealership designed by Architectural Designs, Inc.
Located on U. S. Hwy 19 in Palm Harbor, FL the three phased project included the demolition of two existing automobile showroom buildings on an active BMW/Mini dealership point, and the construction of a new 19,300 square foot Showroom Building, a 32,558 square foot Service and Parts Building, demolition of the existing service building and replacing it with a pre-engineered structure housing 37 air conditioned service bays equipped with an in slab vehicle exhaust system, speed doors and in ground service lifts, and the total gut of the active Mini dealership, the addition of a service drive and expansion of the Mini showroom which incorporated an exterior elevated “Jewel Box” display supporting a vehicle for a prominent view from the adjacent roadway.
