DeLotto served as Construction Manager for the construction of this dealership complex on a 12-acre site on U.S. Highway 54 in Pasco County.
The project includes a 39,000 square foot Buick/Pontiac/GMC two-story sales center with an adjoining two-story parts building and a single story service building, a 6,000 square foot Pre-Owned Dealership with an adjoining detail building, and a 54,000 square foot Chrysler-Jeep two-story sales center with an adjoining parts and service building.
