DeLotto was chosen as Construction Manager for this Fleischman Garcia designed grand residence.
The 17,000 square foot Mediterranean Revival home constructed on world-famous Bayshore Boulevard is a feast for the eyes. The home’s interior spaces offer a sophisticated combination of Old World craftsmanship along with high tech lighting, HVAC and audio/video systems. The climate-controlled garage features a vehicle lift to allow for over/under auto storage. Interior design features include voluminous first-floor ceiling heights, stone clad grand stair with ornamental iron railing, groin ceiling hallways, custom wood walls and a private, fully equipped gym. Exterior spaces include a covered loggia surrounded with column supported arches, extensive landscaping, over-sized pool and deck, a pool house and playground.
