Designed by Robert Reid Wedding Architects, DeLotto served as General Contractor for this new, ground up branch office.
This 4,279 square foot facility represents a tried and proven Sun Trust prototype. Exterior elements are often modified to comply with jurisdictional standards and/or architectural requirements. Construction was completed on a tight schedule of 115 days on a developed out parcel in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
