DeLotto has served as Construction Manager for nine Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (formerly MacDill Federal Credit Union) branches, the first of which (Hyde Park Branch) was designed by Architectural Designs, Inc.
Winning a design-build competition, DeLotto completed its first of nine branches in the neighborhood of Hyde Park. Intricate details of various brick shapes and colors provided an aesthetically pleasing and low maintenance exterior. The interior elements of 8′-0″ tall mahogany doors, mahogany teller line, beam, and soffit specialty ceiling treatments and a textured porcelain floor provided a sense of warmth and quality.
