Under a Construction Management Agreement DeLotto worked with Twelfth Street Studio to transform the existing Porsche Dealership.
Project included the addition of a new service facility with HVAC, an underground vehicle exhaust evacuation system and in-ground lifts, attached parking garage, vehicle elevator, service writer’s area, customer lounge, and an addition and renovation to the existing showroom. Extensive modifications were completed to the exterior facade and entry to comply with the Porsche Image Program.
