DeLotto performed Construction Management services for this Twelfth Street Studio designed renovation and addition.
This project required demolition of the former Hummer Showroom that DeLotto constructed in 2006 due to the demise of the brand. The new Maserati showroom was built in its place and included major renovations to all of the 20,000 square feet of supporting areas to comply with the new Maserati Image Program.
