DeLotto was selected as Construction Manager for this Hoffman Architects designed, new, ground up, classroom facility.
DeLotto worked with Shorecrest Preparatory School to complete a multi-million redevelopment and construction program which dramatically changed the look and function of the campus. Six uniquely challenging projects were completed under Construction Management and Design-Build methods of project delivery. The first project out of the ground was the 15,000 square foot, 5th and 6th Grade Center which includes classrooms, computer lab, counseling rooms, covered multi-purpose space, and administrative offices. The project was completed under the Construction Management method of project delivery.
