DeLotto was selected as Design Builder and partnered with Fleischman Garcia Architects to design and build this Lower Division Classroom facility.
DeLotto worked with Shorecrest Preparatory School to complete a multi-million redevelopment and construction program which dramatically changed the look and function of the campus. Six uniquely challenging projects were completed under Construction Management and Design-Build methods of project delivery. The 25,000 square foot, single-story classroom building, completed under the Design-Build method of project delivery, positioned itself as a new “front door” for the campus. Security fencing and electronic access gates were installed to provide a controlled access to student, faculty and staff areas. In addition to providing a creative and unique teaching environment with classrooms, administrative offices and restrooms, the entire vehicular drop off/pick-up circulation pattern were reversed during the summer break.
