A graduate of the University of South Florida, Wayne joined DeLotto in 1984 and has since gained a broad spectrum of construction experience. His eye for detail, knowledge of structural systems, and uncompromising standards for quality, has earned him notoriety within the construction industry. Wayne’s professional project management skills and his hands on approach result in a top quality project for his clients.

Wayne is active in the community and was instrumental in the formation of the served on the Florida Task Force 3 Urban Search and Rescue Team at Tampa Fire Rescue. He is also a member of the National Rescue Engineering Council. Serving as Project Manager, Wayne managed the construction of DeLotto’s first LEED accredited project which received gold certification.

As an esteemed member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Wayne has served on the board of directors and as board chairman for the Florida Gulfcoast Chapter. He is also a member of the Ybor City Rotary and Los Caballeros de Centro Austuriano.

Having successfully managed a variety of projects including numerous master crafted residences, medical facilities, automotive dealerships, historic restoration, educational facilities, and industrial facilities, Wayne exhibits a diverse understanding of construction techniques and practices.

Wayne has also been instrumental in fashioning the nationally recognized, residential component of our company which has grown to produce some of the largest and most highly detailed projects in the Tampa Bay area. Visiting the DeLotto offices late in the evening will oftentimes find Wayne handcrafting construction details for incorporation into his projects.

Wayne enjoys tinkering in his shop creating works of art, traveling and numerous outdoor activities with his family.
