DeLotto was selected as Design Builder and partnered with Fleischman Garcia Architects to design and build this Lower Division Classroom facility.
DeLotto worked with Shorecrest Preparatory School to complete a multi-million redevelopment and construction program which dramatically changed the look and function of the campus. Six uniquely challenging projects were completed under Construction Management and Design Build methods of project delivery. The 25,000 square foot, single-story classroom building, completed under the Design Build method of project delivery, positioned itself as a new “front door” for the campus. Security fencing and electronic access gates were installed to provide a controlled access to student, faculty and staff areas. In addition to providing a creative and unique teaching environment with classrooms, administrative offices and restrooms, the entire vehicular drop off/pick-up circulation pattern was reversed during the summer break.
