Since that time, he has served as a superintendent, estimator, project manager, project executive and owner’s representative on a variety of projects including schools, churches, office buildings, industrial and service center facilities and condominiums.
After working for a local general contractor for eight years, Craig served as owner’s representative for the development of Harbour Island. His responsibilities included management of infrastructure improvements, development assistance of the office/retail/hotel complex, construction of the athletic club and sales office and construction oversight of the first two condominium phases. Later, as construction manager with Trammell Crow, he developed office, industrial and service center projects in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Polk Counties.
