This three-story headquarters office and branch bank includes an atrium lobby, a corporate conference center, computer support facilities and administrative offices.  

DeLotto was hired as general contractor for the conversion of a 2,700 SF restaurant into a branch for First Citrus Bank.  The project is located in the Westshore District of Tampa.

DeLotto has been hired as general contractor on numerous beanches for Pinellas Federal Credit Union.

 DeLotto served as general contractor for the construction of this 4,279 square foot bank branch office.  

DeLotto has served as Construction Manager for nine Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (formerly MacDill Federal Credit Union) branches.

DeLotto was hired for this design-build project for interior renovations of the first and fourth floors for Achieva Federal Credit Union on Gulf to Bay Boulevard in Clearwater.
